Everything was simply nice. The property was ideal, offered reasonably large and luxury rooms. Liked the room with ac, my bed was comfy. The staff I met were excellent. The hotel was in a good location, in Samarkand station. Its service was great. Lobby had a bar.

We loved our stay at Ideal Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always attending to our needs and providing helpful guidance. The location was very convenient, with a quick and easy walk to the famous alley. Our superior modern twin room was spacious, clean, and pet-friendly, which was perfect for our tiny dog. The welcome tea with sweets was a nice touch, and they even gave my mother a little gift for her birthday. We will definitely be coming back!

Recently visited Samarkand and had a wonderful stay at Ideal Hotel. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and interesting architecture in the Russian part of town. The clean and comfortable rooms were a pleasant surprise, especially the comfy beds. The hotel provided a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay, going above and beyond to ensure we had a positive experience. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and satisfying. highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The room was large and brand-new with ac, stayed here for 2 nights. This hotel was located in a central area close to the center of the mattress, and the centre. Again, I could reach Amir Temur Park at a moderate distance from the venue.

The rooms at Ideal Hotel in Samarkand are so cozy with stylish wooden furniture. It feels like being at home. I love the seating area in some of the rooms where you can relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The 2-level suite is amazing! The bedroom upstairs and the living room downstairs provide a great sense of space and privacy. The triple room with a balcony is fantastic! I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while taking in the lovely view. Having a flat-screen TV with satellite channels in each room was a nice touch. It's convenient to have a kettle in the room, so I could make a warm cup of tea whenever I wanted.

Personally, I found the electric kettle a bit old-fashioned, but I understand some people might still find it charming.

We also appreciated the comfortable and well-equipped rooms, with unique mural paintings and local style décor.

The internet connection was slower than expected and made it difficult to stream video. However, overall our Easter stay was enjoyable, and we would recommend this hotel for its excellent staff, convenient location, and comfortable rooms.
